    1. Services

    Flygen provides LinkedIn account infrastructure services: managed monthly account rental and managed LinkedIn outreach automation. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

    2. Account Rental Terms

    • Rental is provided on a month-to-month basis
    • Accounts remain the property of Flygen during the rental period
    • Flygen provides replacement or recovery support for restricted rental accounts
    • You agree to follow the usage guidelines provided with each account
    • Misuse or violation of usage guidelines may result in service termination

    3. Outreach Automation Terms

    • Automation is a managed service billed monthly per account
    • Scope, targeting, and messaging are agreed at onboarding
    • Results depend on ICP, market, and message quality
    • Either party may pause or cancel with notice at the end of a billing period

    4. Payment

    Payment is required before account delivery. Pricing is as listed on the pricing page or as agreed in custom arrangements. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree to use accounts in compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service. Flygen provides accounts for professional outreach, sourcing, and prospecting purposes. We are not responsible for how you use the accounts after delivery or transfer.

    6. Refund Policy

    Rental: If an account is restricted and cannot be replaced, you may be eligible for a prorated credit. Automation: Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once campaigns are live; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Flygen provides account infrastructure services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outreach results, or immunity from LinkedIn restrictions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate a rental or automation arrangement at any time; termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Flygen reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated.

    9. Changes

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
